    The Meta Pixel is a piece of code on your website that can help you better understand the effectiveness of your Facebook advertisements and the actions people take on your site, like visiting a page or adding an item to their cart. Fourthwall automatically supports the following standard Pixel Events (with all relevant metadata), so you simply need to add the Pixel to your site to begin taking advantage of this tracking:

    Once you complete this article, you can launch your own retargeting campaigns. Eligibility In order to sell on Facebook Commerce surfaces as a business, your Facebook account and Page or your Instagram account must meet the following requirements:

    Prerequisites Before beginning, you'll need to have a 

    Log in to Facebook's Commerce Manager. If you haven't already, you'll need to create a Facebook Business account 

    Create a Facebook Pixel

    Browse to Business Settings in the Facebook Commerce Manager Navigate to Data Sources → Pixels in the left-hand menu: Click Add option at the top of the screen: Give a name to your Pixel (we recommend "Fourthwall Pixel"), enter your Fourthwall site URL, and then click Continue: When prompted, choose the Continue Managing My Business option: Your Facebook Pixel is now created but isn't connected with anything. Hover over the number and click to copy it (Note: Your number will be different): Once copied, open to the admin dashboard of your Fourthwall shop. Navigate to Design & Layout → Analytics: Copy and paste the Facebook Pixel from before into the Facebook Pixel ID field. It will automatically save and your site will refresh: Once complete, return to the Pixel page on Facebook. It should now appear as green, meaning that it has successfully connected.
