Exchanging Currency

With Levro, you can immediately access over 34 different currencies at competitive exchange rates. To exchange currency, you must first have funds available in your account. The exchange currency feature is best used to exchange and hold funds. If you’d like to exchange and immediately send the funds to a person or business, you can do so all at once with the Pay Someone feature. Please note, currency exchanges are only available during UK business hours. From the Dashboard screen, click Move Money, then Transfer/Convert. Enter the amount, the currency you want to convert, and the currency you want to exchange to i.e. 100 USD to GBP. Alternatively, you can also enter the amount you want to end with, i.e. £100 from USD, and we’ll tell you how much USD you need to convert.We always show you the live Levro rate (updated every 60 seconds) and the interbank rate. see the current exchange rate with Levro. In this case, 1 USD is equal to €0.8411. We get this value by adding .25% to the live Interbank rate. The interbank rate changes every 60 seconds. The green circle counts down and refreshes with the new rate. Below this, we list the FX markup and Interbank rate for transparency. Levro’s current goal is to make international, multi-currency transactions cheaper and easier, so we only add .25% to each transaction. Due to the sensitive nature of currency exchanges, we need to collect a reason for each conversion. Please note, you will not be able to exchange currency without selecting a reason. Use the drop down menu to find the reason that best suits the transaction. You will still have a chance to review the transaction before it is finalized. If you don’t find your reason listed, select “Other Services” and send us an email at [email protected] with feedback. After selecting the reason, review the transaction details on the right hand side. Once you have double checked that all information is correct, click Schedule Conversion. The transaction may take a moment to complete. Once done, you will see a green check mark and the transaction will show as pending.
