Connecting your Levro account with Quickbooks
Levro connects with Quickbooks to make reconciling your multi currency transactions even easier. When you connect Levro with Quickbooks, we’ll pull in each currency account, similar to how our QBO export has worked in the past. Before you get started, be sure the check that your have enabled Multicurrency in your Quickbooks. This can be done in Settings, then Advanced. Under Currency, make sure Multicurrency is on. We have listed out the steps below, if at any point you get stuck in QuickBooks, please take a look at QuickBooks Help Center, specifically their article on Connecting a Bank Account for additional trouble shooting. Log in to your QuickBooks accountGo to the Bookkeeping tab, then Transactions, or if in Accounting mode, go to Banking.Search for Levro, and follow the prompts to log in to your Levro accountChoose the account you want to connect to QuickBooksChoose the currency accounts you want to connect to QuickBooks. For each currency account, you’ll need to add a new account type and designate the account’s currency. Choose the date you want QuickBooks to pull transactions from. If you have uploaded Levro transactions manually in the past, be sure to start after your last upload. For example, if you uploaded through August, select September 1st as the date to begin importing. Please note: the link with Quickbooks will expire after 90 days. You’ll need to re-authorize Levro to share your data, via Quickbooks.
