    Adding Recipients

    To send funds to an employee, vendor, international subsidiary, another business or individual, you will first need to add them as a Recipient in your Dashboard. Recipients are stored in your account to make sending payments to stored contacts fast and easy. You can either add a Recipient directly, or use our Invite tool to have them input their information themselves.To add a recipient, first go to the Recipients tab in the Dashboard. Click Add Recipient in the upper right corner. Select the bank country and currency from the drop down lists. Please note, the bank country may be different from the location of the individual or business you’re paying. We encourage confirming with the recipient prior to adding them, as it can delay the payment. Next, select if it is a Business or Individual and enter their details. You’ll need their full name and address. We encourage adding an email address so that we can notify them of the incoming payment. Once you’ve completed the individual or business information, move on to the Payment Details. The available methods It will either be SWIFT wires, local payments, or both. If you’re not sure what payment type to use, select both if available. We now need the bank account details. The fields will change based on the payment type and country. For example, for EU SEPA (local) payments, we only need the IBAN number. Alternatively, for Canadian EFT (local) payments, we need the account number, bank code, and branch code. We encourage you to check with your recipient, as they should be familiar with their local payment guidelines. After entering the payment details, you’ll have a chance to review the information before saving. Editing recipients is not yet available on the Dashboard, so we encourage you to double check the information prior to submitting. When you invite a recipient, the invitee can enter their information directly in a secure Levro page that will input the information into your account. To invite a recipient, first go to the Recipients tab in the Dashboard. Click Invite Recipient in the upper right corner. Choose between the recipient type, then follow the prompts to enter the relevant names and email. Click Invite. The recipient receives an email from Levro stating that your company has invited them to input their details. They will be routed to a secure page - no login required - to enter their payment details and address. You can track the status of the invite under Approvals → Recipients → Invited. Once they have provided their details, they will show in the Requested view under the Recipients tab. You will need to approve them before they are fully added as a Recipient.
