Fourthwall offers fulfillment services through our 3PL partners for products that are not sourced through our catalog. This article will guide you through Fourthwall’s 3PL (third-party logistics) fulfillment services for products you’ve created or sourced yourself, products held in inventory, and any products not found in our catalog. You may want to use these services to streamline the fulfillment process of getting your products into the hands of customers. Getting started with 3PL fulfillment Step 1:  First, reach out to [email protected] so our team can coordinate with our warehouse partners to prepare for your shipment. You’ll need to have the following information ready when you reach out:

Shop or creator name Product name/title (the title that will be in the product listing) Product quantity (with a breakdown of variants (i.e. sizes, colors...etc) Is the product coming poly-bagged? Is the product coming with a SKU sticker? If it is a hard good (CD, Water Bottle, etc) can the SKU sticker be placed on the direct product?

Step 2: Once our support specialists send the above information to our 3PL warehouse, you’ll  need to wait for your ship notice to arrive. A ship notice is a unique number provided by the warehouse that is required on the shipping label. It will look like this:  Ship to: Whiplash Attn: Creator Fulfillment, SN XXXXXXXXAddress line 1 Address line 2City, California XXXXXUnited States This may take several days to receive while the warehouse makes space and gets organized to ingest your shipment. Step 3:  While you wait for your ship notice, you can set up your product listings via your shop dashboard.  IMPORTANT: Do not set your listing as Live yet. Keep it Hidden until you receive your ship notice from support. If you set your listing Live, this could result in frustrated supporters due to delayed delivery timelines.  Shipping your products to our 3PL partners Step 4: Once you receive your ship notice from support, you will use that unique number to ship your goods to our warehouse. Send the tracking information to support and they will share this with our 3PL warehouse.  Tip: If you plan to send your goods via a local carrier drop-off, you must reach out to support in order to coordinate an appointment (our 3PL warehouse will not accept drop-offs without an appointment.) Appointments cannot be made on the same day and we are required to provide a carton and pallet count. Please ensure you have this information ready to provide to our team.

Step 5:  Our warehouse will take a few days to fully ingest your products, depending upon if the items are poly-bagged, SKU'd, and the volume. (Read this article for tips on how to avoid additive fees.)  A creator support specialist will reach out to you once your goods are fully ingested and give you the green light to mark your product live!
