Creating and Managing Debit Cards
Levro gives you the option of creating virtual and physical cards, both for yourself and for your team members. When creating a virtual card, the card number will be available to use instantly. For physical debit cards, it will take 2-3 business days to arrive at a US address. If you’d like your card shipped internationally, please email us at [email protected]. To create the card, first go to the Cards tab in the Dashboard. Select the user who will be associated with the card. You can create a card tied to you or to any other team members that have been added to the account. Enter the user’s birthdate, then choose between a virtual or physical card. At this point, you can also give the card a nickname. The nickname is especially useful if you expect to create multiple cards for specific purposes. The billing address is the US business address on file. If you need to change this, please reach out to [email protected]. If adding a physical card, you can designate the shipping address. It does not have to be the same as the billing address, making it easier for you to receive the card wherever you are. In some cases we may be able to ship the card internationally. For best results, please contact [email protected]. You have the option of setting custom card limits for daily or monthly purchases and withdrawals. These can be edited later. Review the card details and click submit. Virtual cards will be available immediately, while physical cards should arrive in 5-10 business days. Once you receive your card in the mail, you can activate it through the online account. Virtual cards are activated automatically. Locate the card under the My Cards view. Under Manage Card, select Activate Card.Enter the CVV (3 digit code on the back) and the expiration date. After activating the card, you’ll have the ability to set the card PIN. Under Manage Card, click Set PIN. The PIN can be any combination of 4 to 6 digits. We make it easy to manage all cards tied to the account on the Dashboard. When you click Cards, you’ll first see all cards tied to you. If you’re a Full Access User, you’ll also be able to see all other cards associated with the account by click All Cards or all card transactions under All Transactions. Click on a specific card to view that card’s activity and limits, or set/change the PIN and freeze the card.
