Recipients are stored in your account to make sending payments to stored contacts fast and easy. You can either add a Recipient directly, or use our Invite tool to have them input their information themselves.To add a recipient, first go to the Recipients tab in the Dashboard. Click Add Recipient in the upper right corner. Select the bank country and currency from the drop down lists. Please note, the bank country may be different from the location of the individual or business you’re paying. We encourage confirming with the recipient prior to adding them, as it can delay the payment. Next, select if it is a Business or Individual and enter their details. You’ll need their full name and address. We encourage adding an email address so that we can notify them of the incoming payment. Once you’ve completed the individual or business information, move on to the Payment Details. The available methods It will either be SWIFT wires, local payments, or both. If you’re not sure what payment type to use, select both if available. We now need the bank account details. The fields will change based on the payment type and country. For example, for EU SEPA (local) payments, we only need the IBAN number. Alternatively, for Canadian EFT (local) payments, we need the account number, bank code, and branch code. We encourage you to check with your recipient, as they should be familiar with their local payment guidelines. After entering the payment details, you’ll have a chance to review the information before saving. Editing recipients is not yet available on the Dashboard, so we encourage you to double check the information prior to submitting. When you invite a recipient, the invitee can enter their information directly in a secure Levro page that will input the information into your account. You’ll need to have the following information ready when you reach out: \n\nShop or creator name\nProduct name/title (the title that will be in the product listing)\nProduct quantity (with a breakdown of variants (i.e. sizes, colors...etc)\nIs the product coming poly-bagged?\nIs the product coming with a SKU sticker?\nIf it is a hard good (CD, Water Bottle, etc) can the SKU sticker be placed on the direct product?\n\nStep 2:\nOnce our support specialists send the above information to our 3PL warehouse, you’ll need to wait for your ship notice to arrive. A ship notice is a unique number provided by the warehouse that is required on the shipping label. It will look like this: \nShip to: Whiplash\nAttn: Creator Fulfillment, SN XXXXXXXXAddress line 1 Address line 2City, California XXXXXUnited States\nThis may take several days to receive while the warehouse makes space and gets organized to ingest your shipment.\nStep 3: \nWhile you wait for your ship notice, you can set up your product listings via your shop dashboard. \nIMPORTANT: Do not set your listing as Live yet. Keep it Hidden until you receive your ship notice from support. If you set your listing Live, this could result in frustrated supporters due to delayed delivery timelines. \nShipping your products to our 3PL partners\nStep 4:\nOnce you receive your ship notice from support, you will use that unique number to ship your goods to our warehouse. Do note that this only applies when all products in a cart are eligible for free shipping. ‍\nLimiting a promotion to a specific country (or countries) - create a promotion to target fans in a specific country (or countries).\n\nLet’s dig a bit more into how to create promo codes and the various settings at your disposal. \nTo create a promo or discount code, go to your Fourthwall dashboard and click promotions > create promotion > shop promo. \n\nOnce in the create promotion screens, there are various sections that you will need to consider. \nPromotion type section\nHere you can select if you want to use a specific code or word for your promo, if you want to create multiple codes, or if you want the code to be auto-applied during checkout. \n\nDiscount section\nIn this section, you will be able to define the actual discount amount. You can select between the discount being a percentage off, a fixed amount, or free shipping. If you select a percentage off or a fixed amount, you can select how to manage shipping in those cases. \n\nApplies to section\nNext, you need to decide if your discount should apply to the entire order or only for specific products. This number provides a running tally of your item’s base cost (how much the item will cost to make).\n\nSTEP 4: Position and size your artwork\nPosition your artwork by clicking and dragging the image. Rotate by clicking the dot sticking out of the top center of the image area. Keep your artwork in the print safe area indicated by the dotted line square. If red appears in the area while repositioning, this indicates that you are no longer in a printable area. This should always be avoided or else your artwork will not be printed properly, and that could potentially result in a defective item. Don’t do that!\n\nTo resize the artwork, select any of the white dots located on the four corners of the rectangle surrounding the garment. Ideally, you want this rectangle to stay blue as this will indicate the artwork you’ve uploaded will print at high quality in its current size — yellow indicates fair quality and red indicates low quality. Remember: Blue is best!\n\nSTEP 5: Preview your product\n\nBelow your design, click the \"Preview\" tab in order to check how the product will look from multiple angles. Click back and forth between the tabs as you make adjustments to make sure your product is looking exactly how you want it to!\n\nSTEP 6: Add more colors (optional)\n\nClick the “+” sign under the color dot on the right side of the screen. Here you can add or remove additional colors. Up to 12 colors may be added to a given product, when available.\n\nOnce you’re happy with the design, size, placement and colors, click “next” and a high-quality render will be generated, and you will be taken to the product details page. \n\nSTEP 7: Add initial product listing details\n\nOn the right, you can input a product name, a description (recommended!) and a price. Each can be modified later if needed. \nPro tip: By default, we recommend a markup of at least $10 or 20% of the price, whichever is greater. While there is no hard and fast rule with setting pricing, try to keep things as clean as possible. If an item comes out to, for example, $23.87 in suggested pricing, we suggest rounding up to $24.\nFor items created from the Product Catalog, the product generator will automatically add sizing and garment information (i.e., cloth material the blank is made from), so don’t stress about that!\n\nSTEP 8: Add full product listing details\n\nOn the product listing page, you can add additional customizations: \n\nEdit Additional Section: Add auto-filled garment details (materials and weight), size & fit measurements, and the quality guarantee & returns. As mentioned earlier, you won’t need to worry about editing these sections for items from the Product Catalog as they are always automatically filled\n\n\nEdit photos: Here you can move, delete and upload new photos, a great option for adding images of you or your team wearing and using the products. You can also rearrange the order of color options by clicking and dragging the color dots.\nEdit Inventory and variants: Here you can edit/remove existing variants (color, size) or add additional variants. Separately, you can mark the product as \"Sold Out\" or add a unique SKU/UPC to each variant.\n\nPro Tip: This is an awesome tool to create hype as these photos can be used on social media later on!\n\nWhen you are done with the Additional sections, you can return to the product listing by scrolling back up and clicking on the product title back bar.\n\nSTEP 9: Set it live!\nThe last step in the process is making your product live! By default, products are hidden so you can make sure to keep in-progress listings secret.
