Recipient Self-Onboarding
With Levro’s recipient self-onboarding feature, you can invite recipients to fill out their payment details directly with Levro. To get started, follow these steps:In your Levro account, go to Recipients. Next, click Invite Recipient.You’ll be prompted to select if the Recipient is a business or individual. We’ll always need an email address for the Recipient. Depending on whether it’s a business or individual, we’ll also need the business name or individual’s first and last name.Once the required details are provided, Levro will send the recipient an email, prompting them to provide their information. You can see the copy of the email below.You can monitor and track the invited recipients under Recipients → Recipient Approvals → Invited. You can also revoke the invitation if necessary.Once the recipient has provided their information, you will receive a notification to review and approve or reject the recipient. All full access users will be able to approve or reject any invited recipient.Once approved, the recipient is ready to receive a payment! Who can invite recipients?All Full Access and Requester users can invite recipients, however only full access users may approve or reject recipients.What information does the recipient need to provide?The recipient will need to provide their individual or business address, along with their payment details. Payment details vary by country and currency. You can view the required details by going to add a new recipient, then selecting their country, currency and type. From there, click View Required Information. In general, it is an account number and SWIFT code. For US based recipients, this is their routing and account number. For recipients in the Eurozone, it is just their IBAN number.Can I revoke a recipient invitation?Yes! You can revoke the invite as long as the recipient has not yet entered their information. To do so, go to the Recipients Approvals page, click on Invited and then select the recipient you want to revoke. In the side panel there is an option to revoke the invite.If they have already provided their details, you can always reject the request under the Requested section in Recipient Approvals.How do I check the status of an invitation?You can view all invited recipients in the Invited section of the Recipient Approvals page.
